STEVE BRYAN
Steve is the Director of Operations for The Bryan Company and Affiliates serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for all financing arrangements for the various developments produced, directing each team for developments within the organization and coordinating all company developments.
GREG MURPHEY
Greg serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for all financial and accounting activities and operations with respect to property management, construction, development, and new projects. These activities include preparing operating budgets and new development projections, reviewing and analyzing the companies' financial statements, evaluating interim and permanent financing arrangements, maintaining adequate internal controls and monitoring revenues and expenditures. Greg has experience in both the private and public accounting sector and is a Certified Public Accountant.
JOHN KING
John serves as Director of Development. As development director he is responsible for locating targeted markets, selection of multi-family sites within those markets, contract negotiation on selected sites, and all pre-construction activities. These activities include zoning issues, product design and selection, demographics, utilities, restrictions and covenants, traffic patterns, environmental assessments, wetlands delineation and performing all due diligence. John is a licensed real estate agent and serves as the Broker for the Company.
MARC NAYLOR
Marc serves as the Director of Construction. His role is to coordinate development issues with our development team at each site, coordinate utilities, direct engineering and architecture, prepare construction budgets and estimates, establish sub-contractor relationships, obtain bids, direct the preparation of subcontracts and change orders, direct construction, monitor costs, and ensure a quality construction to be on time and on budget.
CHRISTINE SMITH
Christine is the Vice President of Property Management and is responsible for all operations of the Property Management division of The Bryan Company. She works closely with the Property Manager in preparing property budgets and ensuring our communities operate in an efficient, cost effective manner. Her duties include ensuring the management procedures manual is kept current, reviewing property financial reports, making periodic community inspections, and implementing procedures with recommendations from discussions with the Property Manager.
DORIS WARREN
Doris is our Office Manager and is responsible for all administrative functions of the company including the distribution of mail, safekeeping all legal documents and directly assisting the Chief Executive Officer in many capacities. She is responsible for renewing contractor licenses, purchasing insurance coverage's, submitting draw requests to financial institutions, obtaining title updates, reviewing property taxes, processing payroll and employee benefits and establishing credit for new vendors.
JIM BRYSON
Jim serves as our Project Manager and is responsible for job site management of superintendents, job site inspections, approval of submittals, and approval of subcontractor draw requests. He is also responsible for planning and site development, assisting in the preparation of construction budgets and estimates, obtaining cost and quantity estimates, developing completion schedules, coordinating completion with Property Management, and preparing close out documents and as built drawings.
CHERYL TRUSSELL
Cheryl serves as our General Accountant in the Accounting Department. Her responsibilities include all aspects of accounting for the parent company, the construction company, and the owner company for each development. She is responsible for preparing and reconciling monthly applications for payment, updating subcontractor change orders, reconciling retainage, maintaining job costs, preparing sales tax returns, performing account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, assisting in cash management, and preparing financial statements.
LEE ANN WEATHERSBY
Lee Ann serves the Accounting department as a bookkeeper and in processing accounts payable. She is responsible for performing all accounts payable functions for Property Management and assisting in construction payables. This includes the review, proof and input of invoices, weekly and monthly disbursements of all payables, updating certificates of insurance expiration dates, and balancing vendor statements. She also is responsible for preparing workers comp reports, reconciling bank statements and performing some rent roll functions.
BRENNA DAVIS
Brenna serves as our Construction Administrator and is responsible for producing and filing subcontracts, preparing purchase orders, processing invoices and lien waivers, generating change orders and back charges, updating job costs and communicating construction issues to vendors and subcontractors. She also maintains subcontractor draw requests and retainages, and assembles new project portfolios for lenders and investors.
SHARON SULLIVAN
Sharon serves as our Sales Manager and Broker Associate. She is responsible for coordinating and implementing all sales activities for our residential lot developments and condominium projects and works closely with the design team to develop marketing brochures and materials to present to prospects. She is also involved in plan review and product selection. She is directly responsible for all on-site sales team members is a licensed real estate agent.
JESSICA TRIPI
Jessica serves as an Administrative Assistant for basically all operations of the company. She is responsible for communications including incoming calls, typing, mailing, faxing, filing, copying, and assisting office personnel with interoffice and outgoing communication. Among other duties, she is responsible for ordering office supplies, and providing administrative assistance to accounting and construction. Communication is observed as extremely important to our organization.
